Abs Workout on a Stick

Found this somewhere. Looks like a fun and unique way of working out and toning those abs, legs, butt and back. This is actually a workout designed by trainer Tracy Anderson and the no less than gorgeous and sexy Gwyneth Paltrow is digging this! Can’t wait to try this too!
