It was just a fine afternoon when I finally got bored of sitting infront of the computer staring and typing. So this look came about because I wanted to feel great just being at home. I started just doing my hair and decided to put on some makeup to complete the look. You can wear this everyday whenever you feel like going out, hanging out with your girlfriends or probably even in a night out (probably just change your lip color).
The following makeup made the look possible:
The fabulous feather earrings I bought from my favorite local kikay store for less than a hundred. I love the color combination (my favorite colors actually).
Cetaphil daily Facial moisturizer. I just have to put on this amazing moisturizer, I love the fact that it is fragrance-free and it feels so light on the skin. No-greasy feeling and I can honestly go with just this (no foundation, no pressed powder). This also has SPF-15 which gives my face moderate protection against damaging UVA and UVB.
Natural Rice Dual Wet & Dry foundation. I used it dry. Not exactly my favorite foundation but I just feel like using it for the day. I didn’t use the sponge, instead I a big brush to put on the foundation.
Wet n Wild blush. I love how it blends well with my complexion. I made a review about it HERE. And used the L’oreal Paris Project Runway Watchful Owl eyeshadow Quad. I used the neutral beige-peach. Check out also my review about the shadow quad HERE.
The 4 u 2 envy pink shade is my all-time favorite among all the lipstick I own. I bought this from Watsons at less than 300 pesos if I remember it correctly. I don’t know though if this is still available. I just love how it perfectly compliment my complexion.
To define more the eyes, I used a black pencil eyeliner (brandless). Cover Girl Volume Exact black mascara to give my curled eyelashes extra volume.
As for my hair, I just curled it a bit using my hair iron (since my electric curler got busted). I’m sure you will learn quickly how to curl the hair using the hair iron. So there! Do not be afraid to experiment on makeup. Trust me, it is therapeutic! 🙂
