December is no doubt the season for parties! It is also the season where most of us let ourselves go for the meantime because we just can’t help it! Food is just everywhere! Who can resist? But Personally though I knew I didn’t want to let myself go and have to keep watch on my diet because I have to look good on my OOTDs for all those holiday parties I will be attending! HAHAHA! Call me vain, but who wouldn’t want to look amazing on every outfit? Well I tried! So here are my top three favorite #OOTD from the different Holiday Parties I attended.
The Leopard Printed Romper
I am always skeptical about wearing rompers as I am afraid I’d end up looking like an overgrown baby! Rompers can be tricky so it is really important that you know how to style it, choose the right romper and pull it off and come out sophisticated. Here’s mine! Wore this during our Bloggers Thanksgiving dinner and Clubbing later part of the night.
It was the weekend and what better way to spend it than being with loved ones in an awesome (at least for me) outfit to go with the fabulous day! For the weekend back to back #OOTD I opted for both black but with a little touch something else to complete the look.
Feeling a bit relaxed with this Black/Pink Margarita Jumpsuit I bought from an online store owned by a friend. I love how soft and flowy the cloth feels. My first time to sport a jumpsuit so I wanted to be safe with the classic black one piece as it flatters one’s body type and builds confidence! Add a belt to de-frump a shapeless onesie.
Decided to play elegantly safe on a Sunday with a Little Black Dress (LBD) going to church and lunch date after with my boys. Notice the same belt I used with the jumpsuit? It is becoming a favorite! Stayed light on makeup with the “No makeup, makeup look” and please forgive my eyebags as I have been having trouble getting enough sleep lately ^_^ LBD: Old Navy Shoes: Ellie Bag: Donkie Mania

May 25, 2013 – I was invited to be among the bloggers to witness the Annual Style Origin, a series of fashion shows across all Ayala Malls and Style Souks. Me and my friends were privileged to be at the front seat to check out each of the collections and of course to see Ms. Phoemela Barranda up close and starmagic’s latest teen sensation Julia Barretto who walked for Bench. It’s no doubt she is on her way to stardom as the venue was filled with fans’ loud cheer when she came out.
Warning: Photos ahead! Please be patient as it loads.
So finally my casual chic night is over! Me and some blogger friends were invited to be among the VIPs on the opening of the country’s 36th Rustans Fresh, first in Mindanao and the largest so far nationwide! How’s that for a reason to effort for a chic getup? So anyway, after confirming my thought on how a casual chic should look like, I think I was able to pull off the look. Before you actually agree or probably not, let’s give a big shoutout to Rustans Fresh. Welcome to CDO Rustans Fresh!
I received an invitation to a VIP night prior to a huge establishment opening in our city. Whenever I receive exclusive invitations such as this, I always go to the “Attire” part of the invitation as I do not want to be neither overdressed nor underdressed. This time, the invitation says I should be in Casual Chic. Though automatically it registered a simple pants and a fabulous top with sexy pumps to complete the look, I still have to double check to confirm the picture in my mind.
According to ehow.com – Casual chicis a combination of casual and fashionable dress. The term describes a type of dress code that is comfortable, but also stylish and fashion-forward. The casual half of “casual chic” embodies clothing that is traditionally comfortable, like jeans, cotton or khaki pants, and flowing dresses; the chic half embodies precision tailoring, bright colors and a few feminine details and accessories to bring a touch of class and sophistication.
Hmmmm..I am after all right! Now,the next challenge would be putting together a smart and sophisticated, Elegant, but not overdone outfit for the night. Here are some casual-chic outfit I personally love to sport.
Here are some tips in sporting a casual chic getup.
A pair of pumps are much more relaxed than heels
A oversize cardigan is very casual and cool.
Try big curls this adds to your chic style.
Smoky brown eye-shadow is a good natural-ish way to glam up.
Look at programs like 90210 for inspiration.
Accessorize simply! Simple really, just don’t put on every little accessory you have. Just put on the ones that help an out fit be together, if it isn’t necessary then just don’t
Summer and beach/pool to most are synonyms. Despite the scorching hot of the sun, most of us finds this season the opportunity to flaunt those hard-earned bikini bodies! But wait! what about those who didn’t make it to their weight/hot body goal? Like I Know Right? I am counting myself one of them! :D. Personally, I always count on my cover ups! They are my bestfriend everytime I go hit the beach or the pool. It’s no doubt that they can boost ones confidence and it adds sexiness to the whole bikini outfit and a little tease too!
This first wrap around cover up is fabulous and can definitely be an easy DIY project. I can’t wait to make one for myself. I better start digging my old unused cloth/stuff to get started!
This see-through cover-up never fails to add some sexy confidence in you! I also personally love this. This is great for those who does not have much confidence to bare it all but loves to still wear a bikini and show it!

I have been a big fan of What A Girl Wants since they opened a branch in LKKS and have had some stuff from them :). They’re one of those few shops in my list I go whenever I need some new outfit for an event or if I’d look for new trends I just saw on TV or online. Imagine my excitement when I received an invitation to join them in launching their ambassadors in their newly opened branch in Centrio Ayala, CDO. I had the most awesome experience and before I continue with this post, I would just like to give WAGW a short fabulous shoutout for bringing in young, chic and affordable style and fashion in CDO.
