Active Rest Day - went out for a short run checkin

Active Rest Day - went out for a short run checking how the left knee would respond if I'd speed it up just a little bit. My knee MRI result came back with a partial ACL tear and a degenerative medial meniscus. No surgery needed and no therapy required by the sports doc I consulted with. The tear will heal on its own naturally so I am taking my time, slowly building and stregnthening it with exercises and easing back to running. Much patience is required (something I needed improvement dahil konti lang sakin meron 🤣). I am nothing but grateful to God for the strength, wisdom, protection and provision. I will keep on showing up for myself because nobody else will! Fighting! 💪💪💪
