So we we are on our day 3 of the food crawl and to me day 3 was the most “full” day that we almost were crawling literally because we were so full even before our day officially ended. 9am to 1am of almost non-stop eating! beat that! Okay, let me break it down for you.
Since it’s going to be a cool and relaxed day and we won’t be going to any hotel so I opted to wear something relaxed but still trendy.

First Stop – Rico’s Lechon New Commissary and Restaurant
Day 3 kicked off with a visit at Cebu’s finest lechon maker, the Rico’s Lechon new commissary. We were a bit early this time as we have to catch up with the commisary’s blessing and official opening. The commissary is located in Talamban, actually just few meters away from their old one.
With this new commissary, Rico’s Lechon can now cater more orders by customers from around the country, Yes! you read it right, around the country because they also accept orders online and deliver them to wherever you are as long as it permits.
Here are photos of the new commissary.
I had the most unique food tasting experience on my special day together with the rest of the food crawlers.
Everyone was excited for our second day’s second stop. We knew we were in for a good treat at Shangri-la Mactan Resort and Spa. A tropical paradise in the middle of a busy city that welcomes its guests with breathtaking scenery. Shangri-la Resort and Spa is a perfect place to unwind and just forget about the hustle and bustle the city life brings.
Since we were in a Food Crawl, of course it’s quite obvious that we look forward to the foods we are about to taste and experience. Shangri-la didn’t fail to excite us as they gave us a one of a kind food tasting experience!
August 27 and it’s day 2 of the Food Crawl and I am excited, not just of our itinerary of the day but also because it’s my special day a.k.a my birthday! This is one of the reasons actually why I decided to join the food crawl because I thought of celebrating my birthday out of town for a change. I am not actually big with birthdays but since the food crawl schedule fell within my birthdate so I thought, what the heck! why not go? And again, I am happy that I did! I definitely had a blast.
So on day 2, we started the day a bit early and we were on for a plant tour at Profood International Corporation then a quick stop at Jasmin Cafe before heading to Shangrila Hotel and Resort for our one of a kind food adventure. We also went to for a food experience at District 53rd then capped off the night for spicy wings treat for dinner at Gibbs Hot Wings.
Alright, let’s start with the OOTD (Outfit of the Day). Some of you might’ve seen this outfit before since I blogged about it few weeks back – How to Wear Stripes. I decided to sport a casual, a little sexy, and comfy look so I wore my stripes long dress again and paired it with my merrell slipons.
