Being busy is definitely not an excuse not to take care of our skin. No matter how tired we are, we MUST find time to pamper our skin and look amazingly young and fresh :). Some may find using some skin care products vain, but trust me, we all need it! So anyway, may you find some tips helpful below:
Wash Your Face
Regularly at that! Ones or twice a day. Washing it 3x would be your maximum face washing date. Wash your face with a cleanser that suits your skin best. Remember not to wash your face with either too cold or hot as they cause broken capillaries.
I am definitely guilty for not doing this for the longest time. Way back when I didn’t know how much will it help me maintain my skin’s moisture. So ladies, be sure to moisturize daily. Skin tends to dry fast when it is cold, so make sure to body twice or thrice a day with moisturiser.
Protect Your Lips
Why do I feel like all these tips are for me? :D. Who among you ladies are like me, guilty of not giving attention to their lips? Well now, it’s high time that we start taking good care of it. Put on regularly lip balm, oil or gel on your lips so that they won’t chap out. Drinking plenty of water also daily helps prevent chapped lips (not the most beautiful sight to see, trust me!)
Have you heard of body scrub? NO, it’s not vanity! It’s a way of taking good care of your skin. Exfoliation helps replenish the required oils of the body and removes dry, dead skin cells in both body and face.
Have enough sleep
This is no secret! No need to further divulge! A 7-8 hours of sleep daily is a big contributor in achieving a good skin so make sure that you do not deprive yourself with sleep to avoid dull, tired and saggy skin.
