Ditch the Workout and Join the Party! Yes that’s what Zumba is all about, a fun party! I have been raving about Zumba since daay 1 I started to zumba away. It all started with XBox Kinect :). We downloaded the demo and I loved the sweating that it did to me so I decided to do it regularly this time make it a workout routine since I wan’t to lose weight anyway. Been doing Zumba for 2 and a half weeks (average of 4-5 times a week 50-75 minutes) and I swear I am seeing result! I’ll post photos soon :D.
