Ditch the Workout and Join the Party! Yes that’s what Zumba is all about, a fun party! I have been raving about Zumba since daay 1 I started to zumba away. It all started with XBox Kinect :). We downloaded the demo and I loved the sweating that it did to me so I decided to do it regularly this time make it a workout routine since I wan’t to lose weight anyway. Been doing Zumba for 2 and a half weeks (average of 4-5 times a week 50-75 minutes) and I swear I am seeing result! I’ll post photos soon :D.

I’ve long wanted to try Zumba — I’ve done belly dancing, pilates but not yet Zumba…maybe when I have much free time in my hands 🙂 Do post photos…

This is a great way to exercise. I’ve tried TAEBO but not this one. So interesting but I have no buddy to try it with! 🙁
i’ve been doing zumba for 2 months now and i love the feeling every after 30 minutes i spend dancing to zumba videos :)))
@pink magaline – you have to try Zumba. I am doing it at home by myself and it never bore me. :).
@Miss April – Me too… almost 3 weeks na and I am seeing slight result. Right now I am trying to beat my time.. going for 1 hour and 15 minutes at least 5 times a week 🙂
Wish I could follow the moves, I first need to learn how to dance haha!

Been hearing Zumba but haven’t really tried but it looks good. Would be nice if I can join a group kasi kung solo malamang tamarin lang ako. I’ll ask hubby if he’s willing to do it with me 😉

@Thess – torrent lang sis, then look for Zumba Fitness :).. this is great kasi may isang whole workout for sculpting and toning. 5 disc kasi to..may for abs lang, toning and scuplting, basic steps, then dalawang cardio workout (studio and live with a lot of participants)
I’m currently in the 30 Day Shred workout then alternate it with some pilates exercise. This looks fun, I’d like to try this after I’m done with my current program.
