BelleModa Makeup and Beauty Lounge: Makeup Haven

Hello there beauty and makeup enthusiasts! I’ve missed this space after days of hiatus because of, well, life, marathon trainings, work, and all the excuses in the world :D. So recently, I was invited to an opening of Bellemoda Makeup and Beauty Lounge and I couldn’t be more thrilled to know that finally, there’s a place in my area where I can actually buy authentic high end makeup brands. I don’t have to browse online and worry that I might not be getting the authentic ones, thus, wasting my hard earned money.

Bellemoda Makeup and Beauty Lounge is owned by the beautiful beauty aficionado and professional Make-Up Artist, Elaiza Liane Bastareche and is located at the 2nd flr. of Cagayan Town Center along Gen. Antonio Luna, Corner Capt. Vicente Roa.

With Bellemoda’s wide array of cosmetics and makeup tools of more than 200 brands, you don’t need to go elsewhere to complete your makeup collection! Makeup Brands like MAC, Marc Jacobs, Charlotte Tilbury , Urban Decay, Kylie, and many others are available at a price range between 500-50,000 pesos. Just to feed your curiosity, that 50,000-peso stuff is an Urban Decay Brush Belt limited edition makeup brush set.

Elaiza is only in her early 20s and a graduate of  Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan. Apart from owning the business, she is also a bonafide makeup artist, actually one of Cagayan de Oro City’s best. This beautiful young businesswoman who hails from San Francisco, Agusan del Sur have always loved make up since her college days.

To hone that skill and pursue the passion, she pursued an education at the MUD (Make-Up Designery International School) in Manila. She came back to Cagayan de Oro armed with what she needed to know when it comes to makeup. Naturally being a makeup artist, she makes sure that she uses trusted brands that matches her clients skin and most importantly authentic.

Authentic! big word! :D. Seriously, buying makeup that is authentic has become tricky nowadays! A lot of imitations are being sold in the market with sellers claiming they are legit! Elaiza had that dilemma also, thus, the idea of bringing in authentic high-end makeup brands came into her mind because she shares the same issue with local makeup artists and wants to help to make their lives easier and keep their integrity as makeup artists.  Thus, the birth of Bellemoda Makeup and Beauty Lounge!

Makeup Rates:

For Regular Make-up the rate is P1, 000, for home service sessions (P1, 500 per head, minimum of 3 persons) for Airbrush sessions (P3, 000 – 5,000 depending on client’s needs/preferences). Bellemoda also offers wedding and debut packages so drop by their shop for the rates and other specifics.
